How It Works
If at any point within 60 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, simply contact us at support@reliefzenith.com to request a refund. Then, return your bottles — whether full, empty, or partially used — to:

- The original packing slip (if available)
Important: To qualify for a full refund, all bottles purchased — including any free, bonus, or gifted bottles — must be returned. Incomplete returns will receive a partial refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number. The product must arrive at our distribution center within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Once received and verified, your refund will be issued. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
