Relief Zenith Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that during holidays, processing times may be delayed.
If invalid information is provided (such as incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping details), order processing may be delayed by 3–5 business days.
Note: All delivery addresses are verified by USPS. If you are unsure of your address, please confirm at www.usps.com. This does not apply to international orders.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.
Note: Shipping time does not include order processing time.
Relief Zenith is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, material shortages, or logistical failures.
Refused, Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is refused, the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused packages are only issued once the product is returned and reviewed by our team.
We primarily use UPS for shipping. We do not guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS. For issues with delivery, please contact us at support@reliefzenith.com.
International Shipping
Shipping to some countries may take 4–12 weeks. Relief Zenith is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional shipping fees due to geographic location.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellation is not possible. If an order has already shipped, you must refuse delivery and notify us with the tracking number in order to qualify for a potential refund.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be guaranteed. If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, Relief Zenith is not responsible. If returned, we may offer a reshipment or partial refund.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking information shows that an item was delivered to your address, Relief Zenith will not issue refunds for claims of non-receipt. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
